Close to everything, including a grocery store. Safe, very walkable neighborhood. Building quiets down in the evening. Beach at the doorstep.

Amazing views and location

Great oceanfront location on the 12th floor. The beach views were amazing and it never felt too crowded. Great launching point for Old San Jauan & El Yunque tours.

Sunrise Sunset view!

It was wonderful in Puerto Rico and our place was facing the ocean it was such a beautiful view ! The place had all the stuff to cook , beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and more it was a nice cozy place we felt like home there. The area was walking distance to restaurants, casinos, and beaches. We definitely will be back .

Great location, nice unit and an absolutely killer ocean view. Lou the host was very accommodating. Look past the exterior renovations and have a great time.

Property had an amazing view and the owner was super helpful and flexible with our schedule after landing late. Apartment was very clean and it a great location, with plenty to do all around. Dozens of restaurants and stores within 15 minute walking distance. Parking was easy to navigate and very useful as we got a rental to travel the island during our stay. Beach is quickly accessible out the back, with a provided key. Pool is clean and taken care of. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future!

Puerto Rico Getaway

This property was very clean and homey. It is well situated, easy walking distance to many great restaurants and only a few minutes from a freeway. The ocean view is marvelous. The owner provided all sorts of equipment for use on the beach. The property also has a very nice pool.

Great Spot

Host was very nice, accommodating, and communicative. Amazing view of the ocean, and great access to a nice pool and beach. Walkable to plenty of restaurants. It's very nice that they provide beach towels, chairs, etc.

Condado charm!

Convenient location in Condado, on the beach with wonderful balcony view of water. Huge pool! Very clean apt., very comfortable & communication was excellent. Lots of extras for beachgoing, & having a parking spot was great. Will definitely be back!

Great condo at the beach! Is as Advertised and better! Very much suggest this place as a vacation rental! Serene is a great word to describe! Wife and son loved it! Close to great spots to eat!

Excellent property with beautiful views and centrally located!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier. The instructions provided prior to arrival ensured a seamless stay! Not only was the view from the balcony exceptional but we were probably 10-15 mins from virtually everywhere we wanted to visit. We rented a car for our stay and having a free and secure designated parking spot (behind security gate with security guards) made for a worry free stay! A million thanks to the owner and local manager for making themselves available if they were needed!!

Lovely Condo in San Juan

Loved this condo in San Juan’s Condado area. The view is absolutely SPECTACULAR! Lou (owner) was great at communicating, was always prompt with responses. The property managers are very responsive and attentive as well. Property is as described and very clean, nicely appointed. The rooms are very bright so bring eye covers for sleeping! Nice area, convenient location, great for walking. Beautiful museum nearby as well. Condo is very quiet, never heard any neighbors. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Overall the apartment was nice has a decent size kitchen area open space living area and the bedroom is very cozy. The view of the ocean spectacular. Although the facade of the building is old there are repairs going on but it does not affect your stay. The building inside is very clean. Everything is walking distance especially since the building is located on Ashford Ave one of the main avenues in Condado and you can find many restaurants and stores. The other perk to this stay is the beach you just go down the elevator to the pool area and the beach is right there. The host Lou was very professional and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I kept this location as one of my favorite stays and would stay here again.

Great stay!

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It was as pictured & described and very clean. It also has a beautiful beach view! The apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Communication with the owner and the property manager was straightforward and easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly. All building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs available. The beach access gate was secure but easy to use. The beach was not crowded and was clean. Grocery, Walgreens, and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is a gated entrance to the property with a 24 hour guard present to monitor car and pedestrian access. There is another 24 hour security guard at the building entrance. The parking lot, exterior areas, and interior common areas were clean and well-lit. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. We had a great stay!

Great location - nice apartment

This is our second time staying at this apartment (4th time in Condado over 10 years). It is the perfect size for us & has everything we need. It's like being home away from home with an amazing view of the ocean & pool. The building is older & there was some repairs being done currently. The first time we stayed here (a different apartment) they were fixing the front. The back is now being done & it is so necessary. This location is fantastic. We love Condado & can't wait to return. Got a rental car & toured other parts of the island - ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Went south through mountains and loved the beauty of the mountains and calm waters in the south. If you want fancy hotel amenities - this is not your place. If you want to feel at home with coffee maker, range, toaster and dinner settings, this is!.. Lou is great to work with and was very responsive. Perfect for a couple. There is a pull out sofa as well if needed for additional people. Recommend for relaxing time away!

Wedding weekend and vacation.

Loved the area and condo. We visited Puerto Rico for my son’s wedding weekend and vacation. Lou was very helpful and the communication was excellent. There was construction on the facility going on. But that wasn’t really an issue. Hope to come back next year when it’s finished. Beach is very nice, pool was large and really good. Tennis court is good. Not perfect but for intermediate players it work very well. The area is very safe with good restaurants and activities in the neighborhood. Condo was well equipped with beach gear, lots of towels and linens. Kitchen was great for easy meals. I am particular and I will return. Had everything I needed. It made my week very enjoyable and stress free. I rented a car and there is a designated parking spot for the condo. Worked out perfect. Again very safe and secure. Thanks Lou and Mike.

Apartment is everything as described. The view and sound of the waves made it perfect! Very responsive host, good building security. Neighborhood has quite a few restaurants all within walking distance, plus a grocery store nearby.

My stay was 4 days. I arrived early before check in at 3pm. Louis allowed us to check in early which was at 12pm. The place it’s perfect for 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Sunrise and Sunset. The kitchen was clean and all the utilities needed. The free parking was the best and walking distance from to everything.
