The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the ocean view is available right from the shower and bedroom. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, parks and Old San Juan. Nice accomodations, cold A/C, centrally located. Personal parking spot, gated community, nice views. Access to apartment was confusing as there a couple different key codes needed, with an option for a real key through a lock box that we never did locate. Information about access could be more streamlined. We enjoyed dinner at Waiters a few nights, only a block away, friendly staff and great food.

Good location

Quiet and clean, easy in and out. Very good location to close condado beach without embarasse to find parking. Beautiful apartment with the pool and safety entrance.
