Escape to this breezy one-bedroom apartment in the sought-after Dos Marinas complex in Fajardo. Enjoy stunning ocean and marina views from a light-filled space with a queen bed, full-size sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen. The building features an elevator and coin-operated laundry. Perfect for couples or families, it’s ideally located near beaches, boat charters, and top attractions—your perfect weekend getaway on Puerto Rico’s east coast!

The space
This charming 1-bedroom apartment features a queen-sized bed and a full-sized sofa bed in the living room. If you’re traveling with more than two guests, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the sofa bed before your arrival. The apartment includes one bathroom and a cozy balcony with stunning views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. There’s a TV in the living room, and both the bedroom and living room are equipped with AC. However, the apartment is so breezy that you’ll sleep perfectly just by opening the windows. The building has an elevator and a generator in case of power outages, but please note the generator only powers the elevator, not the apartment.

Other things to note
There’s a generator but only powers common areas (including elevator). If power goes out, the water pump may stop due to the apartment being on the 11th floor. This is beyond our control.
