Great space

It's not a big space, but to be able to accomodate 9 people to sleep it's wonderful! Everything was clean and not beaten up like other rentals. The operators are very on top of communication and being helpful. Lots of parking space. Directions are a learning experience, but when you get there its worth it. Lots of birds and nature to listen to. We liked it! I'm curious how to rent the lower apartment or maybe both? use of the hottub not include in the top floor rental. Also a 13 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to wally sports bar is fun. inexpensive COLD drinks and the pastelillos are banging! overall a good experience. clean and tidy. Whos satyaing inside in PR anyways?!!

From beginning to end the whole experience was beautiful. The house is beautifully located. It was clean. Tasteful decor. Plenty of towels. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and answered our questions right away. view was awesome, day or night. We all loved the nature sounds at night(specifically the Coqui) which you can't hear much in the city. We had stayed in San Juan before and it's nice but loud and we wanted a different experience. After a long day out touring, it felt peaceful to come back to this property. We traveled with teenagers and as picky as they can get , they loved the house and location. Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back ✌❤👍🇵🇷

Very out of the way

Beautiful house, but up a very curvy road and far away from attractions as well. Our major issue was with the shower. The temperature was TOTALLY UNCONTROLABLE!!!!! The owner made no attempt to compensate for this problem, just apologized. Temperature would go from normal to either freezing cold or burning hot..... Every couple minutes...,. Horrible!!! Also, even though you pay a cleaning fee, you are given a list of things to do before you check out.,.... Isn't this what you paid to have done??!!?!? I would not stay here again, nor suggest it.
