“El Caracol Del Mar” or “The Seashell” characterizes our guest apartment hideaway, a separate space for you on our residential beach house property only a 5-minute walk to the beach. It’s furnished for a cozy stay in the heart of San Juan and its trendiest beach vibes of “Ocean Park”

Location: Centered in the middle of all San Juan has to offer. You will only be a short UBER ride to Everything. 8 mins from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Walgreens, Walmart, or grocery stores. 12 mins by car to OLD San Juan historic Spanish architecture, 6 mins to “Condado”/ “Isla Verde” hotels, casinos, and clubs, 8 mins to “Santurce’s” local art and nightlife. Fine dining, international and local cuisine, is accessible via UBER or a few different food delivery apps.
The apartment is well-equipped to meet the needs of a traveler. Beach gear is readily available to grab n go. A backyard patio is covered with a canopy for outdoor seating.

Great place to stay for a group of friends!

This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and we had the best time ever. It is located in a gated community right next to Ocean Park Beach. The apartment has two beds, a king and a queen, and a sofa bed. It also has a small kitchen and bathroom that fits your everyday needs. It was a very comfortable stay for the four of us and was decorated nicely. Terrance and Janice were very accommodating and friendly, I accidentally left my digital camera in the room and they offered to send it home to me, which was very nice of them. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place by the beach

Janice and Terrence were super nice and accommodating. The beach is just a short walk away and it is close to a grocery store. The apartment isn’t fancy, but it’s got everything you need for a visit. The hot water for the shower is a little tricky, but it does work.

This rental is a no brainer

This rental has it all. Don't think twice about renting. It's walking distance to the beach and a really short distance to La Placita and all other beautiful sights to see. The outdoor patio area is so relaxing and welcoming. The rental owners are so outgoing and fun. The also do suba diving, snorkeling and luminescent swimming tours. Don't skip out on those.theres a washer and dryer, cold ac, hot water and the location is amazing!!!

Home away from home

Property was clean and comfortable. Lots of extras in case you forgot to pack something. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, etc. Smart TV with access to all your streaming services. Terrance and Janice are the absolute best hosts. They are also tour operators. We took a fantastic rainforest hike, complete with waterfalls, rope swings, cliff jumping and natural springs. After dark we took a kayak tour to the bioluminescent bay. It was the most amazing experience. Total darkness, under the stars and with each stroke of the paddle, it lit up with bright blue light. Definitely a must do, if you are in Puerto Rico. I recommend the apartment and the hosts highly!

Short stay close to airport

We stayed only 2 nights as it was close to the airport. Other than the leaking water on the kitchen floor (slipped and almost fell) it is a guest house in the back of the main house. The host were friendly. I do wish they install a pad lock inside for added security. It is a digital key pad outside with no second lock to secure the door from inside. As they do have their friends sometimes hanging out close in the backyard and can be heard from the bedroom asking who was staying in the guesthouse. (That was a bit uncomfortable)4pm is a bit of a late check in, we are use to earlier check ins.Overall it was just to be close to the airport to shorten our drive to the end of our trip. Grateful nontheless. This is more of a stay for adults.Inside was clean, beds are comfortable, ac was nice and cold. Water was nice and hot in the shower. Thank you for the short stay
