The Modern apartment with relaxing beach decoration. Beach is 5 mins walking and the apartment is 5 mins from the airport. This condo has a parking spot for you and a great pool with BBQ grill and seating area. Several restaurants are walking distance. The new renovated El San Juan Hotel is at the left side of this apartment. This hotel has wonderful night activities and extravagant restaurants.

Janet was a wonderful host! She was very prompt in responding to the handful of questions that we had. The property is close to the beach and the room is perfect for a couple looking to get away.

Only warm water in the shower. Barely warm. Very low water pressure. Sliding door did not lock closed. The planes are loud enough without having a gap in the door.

Nice place!

The building is older, but the actual condo is updated & very clean. It is kind of close to the airport, so if you are sensitive to sound this might not be the place for you. Super cute bakery/breakfast/lunch place across the street. Easy walk to CVS & the beach, as well as restaurants. We had a great stay!

The airport is in sight of the property. 6 AM the planes start flying and they are very loud....shakes the building.

I loved my stay here, it was located in a safe area, communication with the host was easy. Everything I needed was walking distance. I chose to uber around rather than renting a car to explore. Decent restaurants on the strip. Old San Juan was beautiful. I loved the rooftop bar Kumo. 10/10 I would definitely book another stay here

Conveniently Located Near El San Juan Hotel

Studio apartment provides a convenient location near El San Juan Hotel (literally next door) and nearby eateries and CVS. This is an inexpensive accommodation that is 1/3 or 1/4 of the price of El San Juan Hotel, next to it if you are going there for a convention, conference or similar, and provides the following features: (1) super clean interior studio apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom area; all very bright; (2) balcony for fresh air; (3) comfortable bed; (4) solid air conditioning; and (5) easy communications with renter. While the condo building needs a refresh, the condo itself met all the needs for a decent extended overnight stay in being near El San Juan Hotel. Recommended for price point.
