You will have full access to your condo, direct access to the beach and condominium common areas such as Lobby, Terrace, Pool, Outdoor Shower, Kids Playground, Basketball Court, Laundry matt (though you have washer & Dryer in unit), and Mini Market.

Conveniently located on Isla Verde Ave, where you will find many of the local favorite hotspots and trendy restaurants, and the best beach!
