Great Place to Stay in San Juan

This apartment located in the heart of the metropolitan area at 12 minutes from Luis Muños Marin Airport, (Driving distance): 15 minutes of tourist areas and beaches and about 3 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in PR. You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by.
Due to the high cost of electricity in PR, air conditioning must be turned off whenever you are going out of the apartment.

The apartment has an available second bedroom equipped with a full size bed, A/C and TV with an extra $60 fee not exceeding a 7 night stay for 2 additional guests. If extended stay is needed; please do not hesitate to contact the Host.

Places to eat ( walking distance): you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants.
If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away.
Is your check-in is late at night? Don't worry, this is place has an automated check-in with an access code. Access code will be send same day of your arrival.

It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close enough to explore the island’s highlights while still offering peace and quiet to unwind. Truly a wonderful experience! The place was clean, had two bedrooms available both with AC, running pressurized hot water in the shower, and a fan in the living room. The owner was very friendly, communicative, and available for any needs! Would highly recommend!

We stayed a few days here, it was easily accessible, easy check in and close to everything we wanted to do and see. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Great place- very basic

Great stay, easy check in. The place could us a few more basic items in the kitchen and white sheets for cleanliness. All and all we had a great stay and the manager so very helpful, nice and friendly.l and quick to respond.

Great place to stay. Owner very friendly and always available to assist. Place has two nice room, one does not have a window, which is great to sleep. Place is not fancy but has all the amenities. Great price. Definitely recommend.

This place was just right for us. The neighborhood was nice. Several Restaurants to choose from. The property manager was available immediately when we needed something. He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation when we went to vist Old San Juan.

Everything went smooth and efficiently from check in to check out! Great location close to everything just a short Uber ride away. It was so nice to have a vending machine on the ground floor for a quick snack or water! The host was so responsive for any questions and recommendations. Accommodations were great and the AC was great!

This apartment was a total gem. Super cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The airiness of the space stood out — it stayed cool and breezy with minimal humidity, which made it incredibly comfortable day and night. The natural light, strong shower pressure, quality towels, and well-stocked kitchen all added to the experience.As remote workers, we were especially grateful for the fast, reliable internet and the backup generator, which came through for us during a surprise apagón — total lifesaver.The host was kind, thoughtful, and made us feel safe from the moment we arrived. And the location? Truly unbeatable. Having lived in Puerto Rico for years, I can confidently say you’ll be within 20 minutes of all the metro area’s best spots — beaches, food, art, nightlife, you name it. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet and secure.Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend for travelers, remote workers, or anyone looking to enjoy the island in comfort and peace.

Me and my family stayed in the apartment for four days. Overall, we had a very good stay, and the owner is a very nice person. I appreciated the fact that for a very reasonable price, the owner provided all the basic things a family would need for a comfortable stay. One recommendation I have for the owner is, please include another lock from inside the apartment. Currently, the apartment's main door has one deadbolt lock only, which can be opened with a spare key from outside. Having an additional bolt from inside will provide the guests with much more assurance as most of them are new to the area. Please consider that, and that would really help elevate the rental. Overall, I would rate the property as excellent and the owner, as outstanding.

The room is clean and cozy. Location quiet/convenient. Our only complaint is the mattress and bedding. The mattresses are so uncomfortable and small. The blanket is only big enough for 1 person.
