The Space:

Up one flight of stairs inside a gated property in Condado, this bright second-floor apartment pairs three bedrooms with a private balcony, so mornings start with coffee in the open air and evenings end with a drink above the garden. Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.



Balcony: your own outdoor space, just off the living area, for slow breakfasts, reading or a quiet glass of wine.

Living and dining: an open, light-filled space with turquoise accents, a large sectional, a big smart TV and a round dining table that seats all six.

Kitchen: a full kitchen with a gas range, oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, a capsule coffee machine plus a drip coffee maker, cookware and wine glasses.

Bedrooms: three double beds, each with split A/C, bedside lamps, curtains you can close for full privacy and a sound machine for a restful night.

Bathrooms: two full bathrooms, one with a double vanity, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Workspace: a proper desk with a monitor and an ergonomic chair, next to the balcony door.

Downstairs: the shared pool, framed by a wooden pergola, lounge chairs and a sun umbrella, is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. A communal laundry room with washer and dryer is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are ready for the short walk to the sand.

Good to know: the pool, garden and laundry are shared among the property's seven units, and parking spaces are compact, so large trucks may not fit. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is self-service, with keypad codes for both the property gate and your unit door. Unit 2 is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs from the main entrance.

Utilities & Weather in San Juan, Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
