Nice and cozy apartment located in Isla Verde, Carolina. The apartment is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and a short drive to other popular beaches in the area. It is a modern and spacious studio 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a view of the pool, street and other buildings. Also equipped with internet (Wifi), smart TV and streaming devices, full air conditioning, and a kitchen with all of the amenities required.

Welcome to Lana's Beach Studio, your ideal beachfront retreat just a 3-minute walk from the famous Isla Verde Beach in Carolina, Puerto Rico! Perfect for up to 4 guests, this cozy studio features a Queen-sized bed and two Twin beds, offering a comfortable and versatile stay.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, a modern full bathroom, and an entertainment setup with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi—everything you need to relax after a day of beachside adventures or exploring the vibrant San Juan area.

Please note: The building is equipped with a generator for common areas (elevators and hallways) only. Electricity outages may occasionally occur. Thank you for understanding as part of embracing island life!
