This was my second time staying here. The views are absolutely gorgeous! And the condo is clean and comfortable. I already miss the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.

Amazing balcony with an amazing ocean view. The building is okay, the elevator makes me nervous but the unit is on the second floor. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the apartment,how it was safe, and I hope to be able to come back. I had no issues with water or electricity. The apartment has all the amenities listed. A swimmable Beach is just around the corner because the beach right in front isn't exactly easily accessible.

I loved that they provided very specific instructions and I was able to access the condo right away. They are very quick in responding any questions. The are was safe and left my car outside and walked outside at night and felt very safe. 🚘Car rentals are walking distance. 🏝️Beach access is walking distance Downtown San Juan is near by Ubers are very inexpensive ✈️ Airport is close by less than 10 minutes Thank you 🙏 for everything me and my daughter loved it 😍 here.

You wont go wrong with this place, small but sweet, everything you need, communication was great. Beautiful view and beach is gorgeous. Quite but not out of possibilities to interact, short walk to everything

Casa Gelma was a very nice property located in a safe district of San Juan. It was an easy walk to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay again.

STUNNING

I believe this is my 3rd time staying at this property, it is amazing, as soon as you walk in you see the ocean beach!!!!! I love love it, very clean, comfortable and I felt safe.

A Gem Of A Place

This is the perfect place ! We had a mini vacation and it was everything more ! So close to everything and on the beach! Your just a short ride to the hustle and bustle of San Juan but you have such a quiet place to come relax and by the beach lovely lovely will come back

Absolutely Amazing!

I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful location. The view was the first thing we saw when we walked in, and it was amazing. It's close to everything. We didn't even need a car. I would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Lovely condo by the Beach

Enjoyed our stay at the rental by the beach. Nice cozy spot. 5 nin walk from restaurants and stores. It was great. I loved the cozy spot. If I visit again, will be sure to rent this spot again.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and this place was lovely! The host was very helpful and fast in answering any questions that we had. I highly recommend this place, it is very clean and close to the ocean.

The ocean view from this property is outstanding. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Kitchen appliances and cookware were adequate, although we did not use the kitchen much. The gate to the beach is blocked off but there is beach access right next door to the property. I would rent this unit again simply for the beach view as it was so outstanding

Quick trip

Older clean building fully renovated unit. Great view. Beach access was not available on the unit grounds but a great public beach is a block away. Very secure but a lot less f access points that need keys for every trip in and out.

A wonderful time

Our stay was great. Everything was as the listing said . We discovered the AMA # 5 bus into San Juan and # the 53 intro Dorado Besutiful busses, spotless, on time and free . We stayed for three nights and then rented a car from U-Save and toured the island. Some wonderful finds along our trip. Thank you Do you have anything in Italy?

Perfect for a couples getaway

Simply Amazing

Clean, pictures were accurate, secure location, relaxing could hear the waves crashing. Walking distance to a few places to eat. Uber was easy to locate for drop off and pickup.

This is my second stay at this property and not my last. Safe location for parking and staying. Balcony with table and chairs right on the beautiful beach. Easy walking access to nearby stores and restaurants. Complete beach access. Condo also provides towels, chairs, and umbrella. Should you decide to cook in all equipment is in the kitchen provided to you. I’ll be back next year.

Great spot if you love the beach!

The apartment was perfect! Great balcony with big sliding doors so you can listen to the waves. The beach was not too crowded and the water was great, tiny waves, very beautiful. The apartment had a nice shower and kitchen, ac worked well. Safe neighborhood and a few places to walk to. I hope to get there again soon!

The condo building is right on the beach and the unit is very clean. We had everything we needed and the owner was always very prompt to respond when we had a question. Would recommend this to friends and family!

More than 5 stars!

This condo was everything we hoped for and then some. The location was stunning, the condo was clean and the beach was beautiful with not a lot of people. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We took an Uber into Old San Juan which was very affordable and easy. The only con I can say is that I wish we had a few more bath towels to use. I highly recommend.

Beachfront with ICY air conditioning

Getting into the condo process was challenging with three keys for different doors and the elevator after traveling for 12 hours. After a few days we became a pros at juggling the keys. Had two air conditioners and two ceiling fans which was very appreciated in 90 degree weather. If you open a door or window, the sounds of the ocean were awesome! Parked our rental car on the street and didn’t have a problem finding a place not far away. Communication was fast and friendly. Five stars!! Bed very comfortable! Great location!!!

Lovely view great location

I enjoyed the centrality of the location, everything wasin clse proximity, walking distance. I was disappointed about the cleanliness of the place. Dust was everywhere and my allergies was very active as a result. The kitchen was clean and facilities were good. There was no kettle so we had to boil water to make tea. Sleeping arrangement was less than suitable, there ere no bli ds in the living room to educe l8ght xposure oming into the living room area where the pull outbed was located. Bed in the bedroom as a full bed so not comfortable for 2 people. There were only two pillows,no xtra blanket to accommodate sleeping on the pull out bed. The dust levels in the bedroom was very high, window ledges, crevices of the bed corners everywhere was dusty. It was abig turn off for m because i booked the place bsed on the reviews for cleanness. Overall i had a good time. Location woukd be my number 1 reason to recommend this place.

Great Spot

We stayed in this 2nd floor, one bed condo for 3 nights before getting on a cruise.It was a great stay and we had fantastic views of the beach and a good sized balcony off the living room. We took an Uber from the airport to the apt. Which was about 10 and it was a little confusing figuring out which building was the correct one but after about 10 min we did; The outside of the building could use some freshening up but it wasn’t terrible and the unit was in good shape.Was about a 10 min walk to “the main drag” where you will fInd stores and restaurants and other large hotels with casinos. Also about a 18-20 min walk to a large supermarket.which we would recommend.The unit was in good condition and had a full size refrigerator and plenty of cookware and all you would need to prepare food, the bed was pretty comfortable and you can hear the waves from the sea and it was quiet as far as outside noise; we slept well. You will have to walk about a half a block or 3 min to get onto the beach because although the property has a gate leading to the beach it was blocked off bc it looked like a storm had caused damage to the 2 steps that brought you to the sand; the tide came right up to the steps so we just walked around the corner and it wasn’t a big deal. There are 2 beach chairs and towels and a small cooler to use; we found shade under some trees on the pretty beach.Skip Plato’s restaurant; clipping tourists. We ate authentic PR food at Diego’s 3 times! 7 min walk away.
