  • In case of emergency. Highly recommend to purchase Travel Insurance. Pay up to 100% of guest booking costs when they cancel for covered reasons.
    Wi-Fi with Liberty provider, Cable Tv and internet access with 1,000 Mega. Queen size Med soft Orthopedic Mattress.
    Upon request - Building underground parking is assigned space only for renters , with Security Camera 24 hours.
    Other Options : FREE street parking or Parking service for $20 the night near the building. In case of a POWER OUTAGE , the apt comes with Ecoflow GENERATOR . The most important appliances that can be supported include the refrigerator, internet router, lights, and outlets for charging devices such as a laptop , cellular or using a small blower, among others. Please note that the air conditioner cannot be used with the generator. But, we have 2 Ryobi battery fan. In addition, the building has a backup generator for the elevators and hallways, so those common areas remain operational during power outages.
    This is a renovated, beautiful, bright, studio on the 22nd floor. The apartment has a balcony & large floor to ceiling windows with mesmerizing panoramic views of the city and ocean. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere. The unit has a walk-in closet and queen bed. In addition, the building has 24-hour security, private pool, and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the apartment, lobby and pool area. So, come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze & watch the sunset from your balcony.

Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

This is such an amazing apartment! If you are planning a trip to San Juan, so yourself a favor and book this spot! This is the perfect size for 2 people. This is not a party pad. It's a studio apartment with a a real walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, real fridge, and drip coffee maker) with good utensils, pots/pans, dishes, and cutlery. We've all been in short term rentals where these things are garbage, but this is like being at home. The balcony faces west/north so you can watch the sun set. You can't quite see the sun rise (in March, maybe you can other times of the year), but you get plenty of light in the morning from the south facing windows. You also have access to the laundry room. Apparently expedia doesn't let people talk about peices, so I can't tell you how much the machines vost, but they only take tokens (token machine is in the laundry room). There is a gym I didn't use, although it looked fine for vacation use. There are legit beach towels and 2 really nice beach chairs. If you're renting a car, do yourself a favor and rent the parking spot as well. Within walking distance: a couple of locally owned convenience stores, pharmacies, tons of restaurants, the beach! There are larger grocery stores in driving distance. Old San Juan is about 10 minutes by car. There's not enough space here to tell you how great this place is. Just rent it, you won't be sorry!

I can’t even explain how clean this condo is, the view is breathtaking! I was so skeptical about booking Jacqueline condo bc of the no cancellation policy, however I am so glad I did! I will definitely recommend and if I go back I will book with Jacqueline again!! I love it!!! Everything is walking distance, no need to rent a car! So many places to eat and there’s even casinos across the street! Don’t look just book!

Excellent Location and Studio

This unit is at the heart of all the action in El Condado, with security 24hrs. Walking distance to shops, market, restaurants, the beach and hotel/casinos. Whatever you are looking for this will be your studio. if you want to just relax and have a good time, just stay at the balcony with the magnificent views of San Juan. I personally stayed with my wife until 2:00am almost every night just talking and relaxing, I am already missing it. The communication with the owner is great, simple to check in and out instructions. I will be back to this studio.

There was a beautiful ocean view out the window/patio doors on the far side of the apartment. Everything was just as described and all amenities were included. It was walking distance to SO many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Condado area.Note: Parking in the garage needs to be specifically arranged beforehand to ensure that the process is easy.

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! Amazing views

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!
