Amazing 5-star stay!

If you’re looking to visit PR on a budget this is the perfect room to book! It was in a great location to visit the beach and take very short Ubers to old PR and sight seeing. The room was very clean with all amenities that were advertised. 5/5 will stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Love Puerto Rico!

The location was great! 3 minute walk to beach. We had a view of the ocean which was wonderful. A few things need to be upgraded though…towels were pretty worn and we had trouble getting hot water in the kitchen. The building is great and we had a marvelous time!

This was my boyfriend's first time staying in a vacation rental and I've stayed at numerous ones but he absolutely loved it. The condo has an amazing view from the bed. It's walking distance to many restaurants and just a short uber ride to Old San Juan, the airport, and other attractions. He said he would love to stay here again on our next visit to San Juan.

Quick get away

the place is nice, the beaches are great, we have stayed in puerto rico several times always in the same general location. Guards can be more friendly, it was always difficult when we used Uber. Host was also great

1st time to area

First time to Puerto Rico enjoyed having a home base bed was comfortable. View from the patio was wonderful. Could be updated a bit, but in reality we're not there that often, and it was clean we. Enjoyed our stay greatly Raphael. Communicated wonderfully we appreciate everything

Pleasant and comfortable stay

We were there ( 9/09/2023 - 9/16/2023 ). We had a great time. Right in the center of everything ( small strip mall, plenty of restaurants as well as fast food options. The beach and pool were great. The condo was nice, air conditioned, quiet and clean. The view was awesome from the balcony. We definitely recommend this condo.

Great location

The building is in a great location. A lot is within walking distance, and you can't beat being right on the beach. Old San Juan is just a short drive away. The building is well maintained and has everything you need right on site. The condo itself was extremely small with very little kitchen storage and prep area to cook. If you aren't planning on cooking any of your meals and eating out the entire trip, this isn't a big deal but for us, this was a drawback. The condo could also benefit from some comfier furniture as the dining table and deck furniture were not comfortable to sit in.

Great location! From the balcony you could see the crystal clear beach below to the left and beautiful view of the mountains to the right. Walking distance to many good restaurants and shopping. We rented a car to explore more of Puerto Rico but plenty to do if you didn’t want to leave the area. The condo was well furnished and very clean! The laundry mat was nice to have and we used it several times. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions. It was important to us to have a pool and beach access which this place had both. The only thing we did not enjoy was the pool area. We traveled with our 6year old and she was not allowed to play with any pool toys or floats, Absolutely, no noise was tolerated and couldn’t even sit a the tables backed away from the pool with food and drinks. I did read in the information and the owner supplied mild details about this due to being a residential building but I did not expect the security guard to hover and be so uptight. My husband and I are mid 40’s with a child so weren’t there to ‘party’ but to be on vacation the vibe at the pool was disappointing. Overall, this condo checked all the boxes for us but probably wouldn’t stay again simply because of that. That is absolutely no fault of the owners, they were amazing! This place would be perfect for someone looking for quiet, rest and relaxation only.

Isla Verde Retreat

Had a wonderful stay at this Isla Verde condo. It's beachfront and offers spectacular views of the ocean. It's centrally located near many shops, restaurants and the beach was very nice. You can even walk to the hotel bar next door for lunch or drinks while you're on the beach and there was a food wagon on the beach as well selling kabobs and other food items. The pool was large and clean and there was an onsite security guard near the pool and beach. The unit is in good condition, although the shower area could benefit from some updates. However, the unit was clean, had a very comfortable bed, and had some toiletries and practical items such as a small cooler you can take to the beach, beach towels, etc. The only thing I didn't like at first was the parking garage area. The designated parking spot is in a dark corner. The parking is right next to the elevator entrance, which is nice, but the lights in the hallway to the elevator also weren't working. The lighting was very dim in the area and that made it a bit creepy and scary at first. However, we got used to it after the second night. This isn't the owner's fault, however, just something to keep in mind and hopefully the owner can bring this to the attention of the building maintenance team. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this unit again.

The property was very clean and was plenty of room for a couple. This property is so close to everything that was needed. Security was always around doing their jobs. No problems at all with the property or the owners they were always quick to respond and let us stay a little longer than checkout because it was not rented the day we left and that was very nice to accommodate us til time to get our flight home. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Best condo the Caribbean has to offer.

Building is in a great area close to everything you expect to see in a metropolitan city. This is the only place I stay when going to PR. and look forward to many more trips. The room has a spectacular view!!!
