Great location and right on the beach! Perfect for our first night in San Juan. Easy to get downtown from hotel. The building is older but they are working on fixing it up. It was an affordable and met our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

The room was kept at a freezing temperature which was very uncomfortable when paired with the beds- which had no comforters? Only a very thin small sheet. The sheets/ pillow cases were damp and we had to download an app and pay out of pocket to dry them and then remake our own beds to use them. It was freezing all night. We found dingy blankets in a drawer we used to get thru the night. Otherwise- the room was clean. Had nice accommodations and the unit manager was responsive.

Great location!

Great location, walking distance to beach with guest only entry gate. Loved being on the 16th floor with a balcony. Close to restaurants and stores. Was not told by owner that the pool was closed for repairs. Pillows need to be replaced. Power went out on our last night and was given $31 as a refund. There were 4 lanterns. 2 battery n 2 solar. 1 needed new batteries and 1 solar that needed a plug and did not work at all. Overall was happy with my stay.

Hidden Jewel

Couple night stay. Kinda older building that is partially hotel and partially owner rentals. Facility is clean and safe. The location is minutes to the airport and right next to the famous El San Juan Hotel. Not for honeymooners but fine for regular travel. It is right on the beach and you can use the ESJ pool so best of both worlds for half the price.

We enjoyed our stay it was close to everything. Sad that the pool wasnt open yet, but it didnt effect our stay at all. Easy access to the beach. And 6 mins away from a nearby waterpark perfect for kids to 12, and it was at the beach as well. Very close to piñones for local delicious food, and close to the airport.

I liked because it is a closed space, not everyone can enter the place, the beach is right there, the appointment from my room was spectacular, the communication with the administrator was constant, my complaint is that the pool is not in use and I did not They let us know before.

I like the cleanliness of the unit and the building. The beach access is great. The con’s you have to pay beach chair and umbrella rentals every day, pool under construction, there’s only a small deli type restaurant in the building. Overall the stay in the unit was good! Ac, fridge, mini kitchen, microwave , tv with great tv service and, washer and dryer machine (available for a fee) The host answered timely and he had the courtesy to send us recommendations to visit and a phone call to confirm arrival on the check in date.

This hotel is VERY confusing so here is the lowdown. This is a hotel BUT some of it is owned by private owners (HOA). If you research the address, you can find out more about the location. I would recommend unit 1660 (privately owned and managed). The UNIT MANAGER Uben took care of everything like a 5-star hotel. He was available and resolved everything that came up. Mare (room) 1660 has two double beds with direct beach view to the east with a balcony. It was very spacious with a full kitchen, large bathroom and washer and dryer (credit card needed) and private parking space in the garage. Here are the negatives- The hotel is under MAJOR construction that appears to be over a year away from completion (we stayed Dec 2023). When you pull up to the hotel, you will 2nd guess your decision- we did. If you are looking for a beautiful luxury hotel, you’ll have to pay double the price. It has no pool, no restaurant, no bar, with only a coffee bar open. If you are looking for a value place to stay and visit the TONS of surrounding hotels, casinos, stores, bars, etc. this is a good value and directly on the beach.
