Ocean Park Studio - Just A Few Blocks From Ocean Park Beach!

Located a few blocks from the beach in Ocean Park, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Within the best beach neighborhood in San Juan known as Ocean Park.

This fully furnished studio is located on the sixth floor of a condominium building in the gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. Windows on three sides allow for fantastic breezes, day and night. Views of Condado and sunsets to the West, partial Ocean views as well as sunrises to the East, and El Yunque to the South East. Furnishings include a sectional couch with coffee table, queen size bed and night table, dining table for two (inside or out on the balcony) as well as TV with DVD and Sony CD player. Wireless access. The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a window to view the Blue Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a company washing machine. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are also included. There are two chairs and a table for you to enjoy the balcony. Off street parking is also included.

Very convenient location as it is walking distance from the beach and good restaurants. Check in process was very easy and the property owner was very accommodating for our early flight time. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing location! Super close to everything--walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Great view off the balcony-city to the right, beach to the left. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Easy to find parking, even on the street.

This was my first experience using VRBO and it was amazing! This property was perfect for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the coquis. Located right by the beach and not far from other things like the rainforest and old san juan.

Nice getaway

This setting was perfect. 150 steps to the beach!Easy walk to food and buses, so we didn’t need a car. Host was very responsive Condo had everything we needed

Excellent weekend getaway!

Had a wonderful time! Walking distance to the beach! The washer was a life saver! Very comfortable stay! The property owner was great with communicating and very responsive! Would definitely recommend this place again! :)

Excellent location

A very nice, simple place with an excellent location. I really enjoyed staying here. It's one block from the beach! We didn't need anything, but Christopher checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. I would recommend this location to a friend.

Perfect Stay

This is a super nice unit in a great location...Extremely safe gated neighborhood-comfortable furniture and bed-gorgeous views from the balcony-one block to the beach-short walk to restaurants-very responsive host-easy check in- everything was just as listed and pictured. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be back!

Nice room with a spectacular view. The room is nice. Has just about everything you need. However I will say the bed and couch are pretty uncomfortable. If you have back issues this bed is going to make you wake up in pain everyday like I did. But fair trade to be able to stay in paradise and the view, and other amenities make up for the discomfort. I give four stars because of the furniture, and the fact we did not get parking our whole stay. I actually cancelled my stay at another place because they were honest and upfront that their parking wouldn’t be available for our stay , and said something as soon as we booked within the cancellation time. So I ended up canceling that booking, and picking this room because it had parking, paying a little bit more for it, all to have no parking because the building was being painted at the time. Also the painters started early and you could hear them like they were in the room with you so needless to say there were a lot of mornings where I could not sleep in at all. No curtain on the bathroom window and they would be right there working so there were times we would have to wait to be able to use the bathroom or shower. Not necessarily the owners fault but, it would have been nice to know ahead of time like the other place was so courteous to do.

The heart of it all

We stayed at the studio for a short get-away. It was perfect! The location puts you in a very quiet neighborhood while enjoying being close to great restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways leading to all points of interest.

Chris’s spot was very convenient to everything pretty much. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, very clean, and he was very prompt of needing anything… provided recommendations for the area to eat as well as tour .. would stay again

Great location

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. This was our second trip to San Juan and Chris’ place not only was just as it appeared in the listing, but this was a really great location. Chris was highly responsive throughout the whole stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property for a short vacation or long term stay

Lovely week long stay

This is a nice sized studio, full kitchen (small fridge), comfortable bed, great bathroom, and fab balcony in the neighborhood Ocean Park. It’s really close to a nice beach, eateries, and I felt safe due to the enclosed property and neighborhood. Loved my time here and will try to stay yearly. Property manager very responsive and also let me know in advance when there was construction work being done on a different floor.

We arrived a day late due to the weather. They allowed us an extra day to compensate. It looked just like the photo listed. They also were available for any concerns. The restaurants were amazing, people were friendly and we were 2 blocks from the beach! Location was secure and quiet. Highly recommended

The condo was perfect! We were there for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away. Do not think just book!!

Place looks exactly like the pictures, this is a gated community with 24hr security so safety was not an issue, alot of bars and food places nearby, the beach is a couple blocks away walking distance, Chris communication was awesome would definitely stay again!!

Great Views and Location

The 6th floor views from this unit are incredible and the location puts you close to everything. Checking in and out was very easy. The apartment is set up nicely with a nice welcome/guide book for the unit and the area. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Chris was always quick to respond. We hope to return one day!
