Really a perfect location for our group. We rented a vehicle and parking was available in front of the unit. We were able to walk to the Beach ( Ocean Park) and caught some great sunrises ! Great restaurants close by, Bebos cafe , Panuchos was really good , close to the Grocery store where we also purchased liquor for our stay! Cristian was a great host , and we would stay here again!

There were five of us all adults. The place was small but comfortable. Everybody had a comfortable sleeping area. 3 bedrooms and 3 Queen size beds, plus a sofabed and 2 bathroom with shower. We really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. It was close to the beach and and to the malls, and restaurants.

Great stay for the price. Location was convenient to everything. Only 16 minutes to Old San Juan, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Parking could be a little better. There is parking but it’s narrow and you can easily get blocked in. Owner was very responsive when needed. Very good stay. I would recommend.

Cristian is an excellent host. We arrived at the property about 11:00 PM and VRBO had not sent me the check-in details. Cristian was very responsive and assisted with us getting into the property, even phoning me to ensure we were in. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and bars so it is a good location. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time in San Juan.

Cristian was very responsive to our questions. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds and sheets were quite comfortable. The location was great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We ended up parking on the street instead of in the spaces on the sides of the building since the protocols were a little unclear (to be fair, we did not contact Cristian about it). There is a busy highway nearby, so there was some noise. We would stay here again.

Santurce Adventure

Family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights. Our adult children had not been to Puerto Rico before and this was the perfect launch pad for a few days in San Juan. Property was well stocked with all of the basics and was clean. It was easy to find. The outdoor space included with this rental was charming and made the space very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. We could walk to restaurants and beaches, area felt safe. Parking was easy and convenient. Would stay again.
