I will try to share as much information here as possible since there isn't much info yet posted on VRBO. We were 5 adults (Us and our two adult children, and our sons GF) and stayed for 4 nights. Josmary responded quickly to all communications and was very friendly. The 3 bedrooms, 3 baths were perfect, we all had plenty of space and privacy. The beds were comfortable, water was hot with great pressure.Towels etc all nice.The kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday. (I would recommend one more frying pan maybe.. but small detail). All appliances worked well including washer and dryer and AC. There is parking although we did not rent a car. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy, The area is nice and we never felt unsafe. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Grocery store is 3 min walk. The beach is a short walk and Josmary does have chairs and beach towels.We did lose power for about 12 hours. this happens in Puerto Rico. I only mention it because I wish I would have brought extra battery chargers for our phones..so just a hint for anyone else. Josmary does provide flashlights and very cute battery operated lanterns.All in all a lovely home, I would recommend.
