A government-issued document must be provided by the guest before check-in

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

(Late checkout only if pre-arranged and depending on availability.)

• Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect neighbors.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors or parties.

• Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.

• Pets: Not allowed unless approved before arrival.

• Please do not move furniture or decor items.

• Keep doors and gates locked when leaving the property.

• Dispose of trash in the bins provided.

• Turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.

• Please do not use towels for makeup removal, cleaning shoes, or other non-personal uses.

• Laundry facilities (if available) are for guests staying 4+ nights.

• Report any damages or issues right away so we can fix them promptly.
