  • Perched between Isla Verde and Rio Grande, Malibu Beach Front Condos, Loiza, P.R., is a true beachfront, walk-up apartment with invigorating views of the warm Atlantic Ocean. From the moment before you cross the threshold your eyes are immediately drawn beyond the balcony to the pristine shores.
    This 1,200 sq ft. three bedroom apartment features a master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom, one queen size bed and two twin size bed rooms along with a common bathroom. It boasts a balcony with an impressive view of the beach. If you prefer poolside, there are three family size outdoor pools and gazebo, a playground and assigned private parking spaces.

Excellent for those traveling as a family. The three bedrooms worked nicely for us. Each room was equipped with an A/C. The beach view was amazing. I would rebook with this host and stay again.

This is a beautiful place! Gated community, clean, and 100% beachfront. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing the ocean from the back deck. Mayra was responsive before and during our stay to ensure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property, location and the Host! The condo was darling, spacious, comfortable, and the ocean view was incredible! It was clean, safe, and stocked with everything we needed to stay a full week. They also supplied beach chairs, towels, water toys, and recommended restaurants/activities to ensure we had a great stay. This was a celebration event (Wedding Anniversary and College Graduation) and the Host took the time to leave us a fun gift - check in on us - and offered suggestions for food and activities. It was a perfect way to start off our vacation! Anyone looking for a central location, away from tourists, but close enough to visit hot spots will love this. We will definitely come back to this property when we return to Puerto Rico! Nilsa

The Malibu Beach condo was perfect. It was clean and contained everything you would need from beach chairs, toys, games, towels, and all the cooking utensils and pots and pans you would need. The oven view is lovely and we greatly enjoyed the beach. Luis and Mayra were quick to respond to questions by text. I highly recommend this condo for a peaceful, relaxing spot in between your explorations of Puerto Rico.

Me and my 3 teenage kids went here for a week. The appartement is very nice. View to the beach, that is right outside. No roads or anything seperating you from the calm of the sea and tradewinds. Loiza is not far from San Juan, but a car is recommended to go on trips. The host is very attentive and welcoming. Great information before and during our stay. Would definetively return here. Thank you.

Had a great time staying at Malbu beachfront condo. It had 3 bedrooms which we required, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with 2 couches and a kitchen table and a fully stocked kitchen that had everything for preparing your own meals. The balcony was large and had lots of seating so everyone could sit outside in the evening to listen to the waves off the beach. The beach was right in front of you and we basically had it to ourselves for the 6 nights we stayed. The host was awesome, she answered any questions promptly and gave us great recommendations and directions to nearby sites. Highly recommend this spot, we loved it and hope to be back soon.

This might have been the most well outfitted and thought our VRBO i have ever been in. I truly believe he has taken every possible feed back and figured it out. Beautiful place!

I went for my birthday and it was everything I envisioned! The place was right on the beach, good restaurants near by. My favorite part was falling asleep and walking up to the sound of the ocean.

Great safe location.

Site was right on the beach with a gate secured gate around the whole property. Felt safe during our entire visit. Our family appreciated the 3 different depth pools. Host was in constant communication with us and answered simple questions about the area. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

A Slice of Heaven by the Ocean in PR

The condo was clean, well stocked and overall very nice! The view and the sound of the ocean were awesome! Mayra and Louis were very easy to contact and helped us the whole stay. There local snacks, dish soap, laundry pods and many many other thoughtful touches supplied by the owners and others that have stayed!! A Fantastic experience, we highly recommend their condo.

Great Stay!

We felt so at home, the pictures really don't bring the coziness and functionality of this stay to life! We had everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, etc.), the kitchen was pretty and functional, the view was great the bedrooms were cute and comfortable for sure. We were grateful for the quick communication from the host. The neighborhood felt safe and the drive from San Juan to Loiza was vibrant and enjoyable. Just a great, comfortable stay overall!

Maine Get Away

Beautiful views to grab your coffee and head to the balcony to relax. We enjoyed making meals together, swimming in the pool and touring area attractions. A wonderful place to stay at an affordable price. One thing we found out are the waves are strong and can be a challenge to swim in. That being said there are other great beaches near by.

All the most wonderful personal touches

Great place, wonderful caring hosts went above and beyond. Little touches like coffee and water available make such a great impression. Chairs and beach toys, board games, everything you need without being cluttered. Just perfect. Very clean. Comfy beds.

Beachfront condo

A friend and I stayed at the condo and were delighted with the place. Very clean with a lot of nice personalized touches — coffee, chocolate, snacks, bottled water, etc.Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom had all the required toiletries and hot and cold water. Balcony looked out to the ocean and we would sit there every morning and enjoy our coffee. Host was great and in touch, responding promptly when we did have a question.

Great Beach Rental in Loiza

This was our first family trip to Puerto Rico. Loiza was a great central location, driving distance to beaches in Luquillo, Fajardo, Pinones and San Juan. It is also very close to El Yunque Rain Forest. Our hosts were in constant contact and ensured our stay was worry free. The condo was clean and well appointed. It had a beautiful ocean view and access to a private beach. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to PR.
