The spacious main apartment features:

• Primary bedroom with two queen beds plus a twin bed and ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom with one queen bed
• Third bedroom with two twin beds plus a futon
• Two full bathrooms, including one with accessibility features
• Large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area
• Additional sleeping space in the living room
• Private gated entrance and patio

The large kitchen and living area give everyone plenty of room to gather for meals, conversation, or planning the next day`s adventures.

Separate King Studio

Located immediately next door, the private studio gives part of your group their own comfortable retreat.

For extended families and groups who want to stay together while still giving some guests their own private space, this flexible two-apartment setup offers the best of both worlds.

Parking: On-site parking is limited and available by request. A public parking lot is located nearby, and street parking may also be available. Because Condado is highly walkable and Uber is widely available throughout San Juan, many guests choose not to rent a car.

Building: This apartment is located in a multi-unit building with shared common areas, including the courtyard, outdoor shower, and coin-operated laundry.

Neighborhood: Condado is a lively urban neighborhood, so some city and street noise is possible.

We ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and be considerate of other guests and our neighbors.

As with many tropical destinations, occasional insects and temporary utility interruptions can occur. If anything needs attention during your stay, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help.

We work hard to keep everything in great condition, and if anything isn’t quite right during your stay, we’ll respond quickly to fix it. In the rare event something can’t be repaired, or an issue is truly beyond our control, we’ll explore other options — but please give us the opportunity to make things right first.
