Samoa Boho offers a nice beautiful, coesy,peaceful, spacious and very centric house where you'll find everything you need to feel right at home, brand new A/C units in the living room and all the bed rooms.
Samoa's Boho also includes sheets towels, beach towels,all the dishes and pots,rice maker, airfryer, microwave and coffeemaker. It's excellent location gives you quick access to the most beautiful beaches, restaurants and exclusive malls, just 5 to 10 minutes away. We also offer lots of games for adults and kids, 2 parking spaces and car rental.

What we liked: this place is beautiful, stylish, well-maintained, and furnished with everything you need. What we did not like: The stay did not feel welcoming at all. The check-in instructions contained mostly threats of fines and expulsion, some in ALLCAPs: 100 if the place was too dirty, 500 fine if the toilet clogs, 100 if the next door neighbor finds garbage in their yard (doesn’t say which neighbor) and immediate eviction if the police get called (does that happen a lot?) The house is filled with signs reiterating these, and other rules. Don’t get me wrong, they were all great rules (no smoking, don’t let your dog poop in the house, etc..), but it just felt a bit heavy handed. Also, there’s an expensive cabinet that covers an entire wall in the living room with tons of “do not touch” signs, making the living room feel like an opportunity for upcharges. What we liked least were the surveillance cameras on both of the private porches with signs underneath them promising 24/7 surveillance. We didn’t feel comfortable using either of these very nice porches knowing that a stranger might be watching. it’s a beautiful place, I’m just not sure the owner is ready to rent it.
