We had a wonderful stay at Brisa Arte Suite. The place was cozy, comfortable, and located in a quiet and friendly area. The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Any issues we had were handled quickly and professionally, and everything was taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other guests. We would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with our family. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Everything is as advertised Clean spacious and a great location close to restaurants and night life. If you get a rental car parking maybe an issue if coming back late from a night out but for the most part you can find parking on the block. Enjoyed my stay here will visit again.

Its a great property located conveniently. Livingroom had a sofa that turned into a queen size bed, the bigger bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom had a twin bed. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. If I had any questions, the host was quick to respond. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff is great ..👍 water in shower was low pressure it frustrating not enough towels you have to ask for clean towels if you stay for a week not enough toilet paper we found hairs in our bed sheets we did get different ones overall it was ok you get what you pay for !

Super clean when we arrived, AC blasting, and the place cozy. Kitchen provided everything you needed including sunscreen. Communication was spot on, never failed to respond. It was just the area that was a little sus. Overall, it was a great stay.

Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to San Juan. Lyfts/uber are 5-8 dollars from the complex. The property managers do a great job communicating. The only thing I will say is bring extra towels & wash clothes. Also, there is no oven in the apartment. Aside from that, highly recommend!

The space was just as showed in photos & description it was very lovely! We had three people staying at the complex for one week and the only issue we ran into was having enough towels. To our knowledge there isn’t washing or drying so keep that in mind when packing. Also be aware that the walls are pretty thin so you’ll be able to hear any noise outside!

It’s super clean and spacious. Once you’re inside it’s nothing to worry about. The neighborhood is very peaceful too, my wife and I walk the neighborhood to get food/drinks.The rooftop is nice too… I will be coming back.

Santurtzi complex was lovely. I highly recommend staying there if you want to be right in the heart of Puerto Rico living. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were excellent!

Great location! Easy to catch a Lyft/Uber for low cost to so many places nearby. It was nice to sit on the rooftop at night and look out at the city. The air conditioner works VERY well. The property itself was very clean, and the location was great—close to many good restaurants, attractions, and other places we wanted to visit. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was far from quiet. There was a lot of noise, especially on the weekends, and we had a very difficult time sleeping at night. We were also originally told that checkout was at 12 PM, but later we were asked to leave by 11 AM or earlier. We had asked about an early check-in because our flight arrived very early, but the owner said it wasn’t possible, so there was no flexibility or special consideration there. Overall, while the property was clean and conveniently located, the noise and the lack of flexibility made our stay less enjoyable. Honestly, we would not stay here again.
