Enjoy a luxurious 2BR/2BTH home. This home is fully furnished and spacious. It's centrally located, close to restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops, and within walking distance of the beach. It's ideal for couples, families, friends, or business travelers. An 8-minute drive to the airport. It's a complete home with all the amenities - the house has:
- 1 queen bed in the master bedroom with a closet
- 2 queen beds in the other bedroom with a large walk-in closet
- 2 full bathrooms with bath towels and hot water
- A/C units in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, and kitchen
- The living room has a sofa that converts into a bed that can sleep an additional person
- A full kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, plates, cups, utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots, and pans
- Beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers are available for use
- We have parking
- The area is safe
- Additional amenities include: linens, A/C units, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and ironing board, and fast internet (Wi-Fi)
- Each bedroom has a smart TV perfect for enjoying your favorite apps.

We provide bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, some toilet paper rolls, and paper towels, but if you need food, water, or additional items, there is a 24/7 supermarket within walking distance.

Upon arrival, we have a list of recommendations for you to enjoy the best of Puerto Rico and nearby areas such as Condado, Santurce, Old San Juan, and more. It is ideal for couples, families, friends, or business travelers.

You can use the entire house. The washer and dryer are shared with the studio in the back. A carport area with furniture is available. Parking will be available at Entrance 54A, a single space.
