Our unit is a 2 Bedrm/1 Bath apartment located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up Generator and cistern. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the second floor of the building for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Beautiful island paradise

Came to Puerto Rico for Christmas with husband and mother in law the stay was perfect clean house, safe neighborhood, close to everything! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay would highly recommend to anyone looking to come enjoy Puerto Rico’s food, beaches and weather.

Perfect spot!

The apartment was clean and comfy. It is close enough to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. that you can walk to but in a quiet neighborhood away from the main traffic and busyness. Beach essentials are there for use by guests and the beach was in walking distance and wasn't crowded when we visited. Jose was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property.
