La Placita de Santurce: a local market with various restaurants and awesome nightlife.

Explore Miramar: This up and coming hip street is filled with dining and shopping options.

Old San Juan: There is s a lot of history to be seen, great food, drinks, and shopping.

El Yunque National Rainforest: El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only tropical rainforest in the US national forest system.

Inside the property gate, you will have access to one of the assigned parking spaces on the right. You will have a unique code to access the main gate, lobby and your apartment.

The space features an open concept living and dining area with floor to ceiling glass windows that extends nature inside. Entering you will see two comfy sofas, a Smart TV, reading chairs, a dedicated workspace and a completely remodeled fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the dining area, creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining.
