The room was clean and exactly as described. The only thing i didn’t love was there weren't many restaurants around until we found Ocean next door had breakfast and itt was great. The hotel is old but well looked after and safe. Great virws too.

Not only does it have a beautiful view of the ocean but it's in a prime spot where you could walk to or take very short Uber/Lyft rides to nearby restaurants and bars. My favorite thing was to borrow the beach chair and towels from the room, and walk to Playita de Condado, which took no more than 10mins, and that beach is beautiful.

sunny and comfortable stay

this was a spacious, 2-room studio very close to viejo san juan and the beach. the beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

Wonderful brief stay

We loved this property! We had a wonderful brief stay and the unit included all amenities we could need. The sofa/bed was perfect for our 8 year old, and my 10 and 12 year olds shared a king bed. Loved watching the turtles and other sea life in the bay!

We had a great stay as Nadia's place! It was super clean, very spacious, nice with 2 bathrooms, kitchen was helpful too! Balcony was nice, facing the lagoon. We were able to Uber around and it was 5-10 minutes to get everywhere!

We had an amazing time! Nadia was great and help with anything we needed. The rooms were larger than expected and there was tons of room. You don’t have access to the large pool area of the Hilton but the building pool and the Escambron beach which was about a 5 minute walk were great! Very easy/quick access to everything in Old San Juan

Easy access to everything you need

PERFECT FOR US

The condo was perfect for us. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. Also, the view of the water from the balcony was very relaxing not to mention the super comfy beds. We will definitely try and stay here again.

San Juan stay

Came here with our adult kids for a winter getaway. Rooms are exactly as described and the fold out chair bed was comfortable and perfect for my petite daughter. The area is not exactly walkable but Ubers are easy to get. Our ac leaked water into one os the rooms and the host addressed it immediately.

Lovely!

Great location, a little tricky to find but once there we were very happy! Lots of places to walk to for dinner, and even watched the manatees in the bay from the balcony! Host was very helpful and pleasant to deal with! Thank you for the great stay!
