Very good service from the employees who gave us lots of help for getting around in Havana. Safe to say that this was the reason that our trip to Havana became a special one. The rooms are nice and fulfilled all our expectations. The hostel also has a nice rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the day.

Amazing place to stay

That hotel is amazing. Reception clerk Mr. Frank and the all of the other staff was amazing. Housekeeping service was excellent. They clean room everyday and supply bathroom & toilet amenities. It has very nice rooftop. 24 Hours reception service. Location and the area was very nice. Close to touristic attractions. It is around 10 minutes to historical places. I recommend you this hotel to stay in Havana

This is an excellent small hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful with fluent English speakers. They booked excellent car and walking tours for us, and also provided solid advice on restaurants and getting around. The hotel is in a great location, but you’ll need to be able to walk up and down the long flight of stairs—which is pretty typical for Havana. They moved our large bags for us, so you just need to manage yourself. Drinks on the terrace upstairs at sunset was just delightful. Security is excellent with room safes and 24-hour staff presence. Our room had a very nice private bath, easily controlled air conditioning, and a well-equipped minibar. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re new to Havana and need a good base of operations. They will help you make the most of your visit.

Initially, when I made the reservation, I thought it was a hotel, but when I arrived I discovered it was a hostel. Additionally, I was disappointed that they didn't send a taxi to the airport for me even though I requested it via their website one day in advance. Hence, the reason for the 4-star rating. Apart from those misunderstandings, my stay was pleasant. The staff's hospitality was great, especially Maria Louisa, she did all of my requests with a smile on her face. This made my breakfast taste better. Dayron who spoke English, gave perfect directions to tourist attractions, I didn't even need a GPS. Plus, many of the tourist attractions were within walking distance from the hostel for those who like to walk. I will recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to stay in central Havana on a budget.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The 24/7 on site managers were super helpful with everything from afternoon coffees to advice on various transportation options to near and far destinations. The room was very clean, the air conditioning lovely, and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Havana.
