- relaxing at this peaceful place to stay. Very modern, and plenty of interior and exterior space to relax and entertain family and guests. Tasteful furnishings and everything you may need and more. 4 smart televisions, including one outdoors, by the pool table. Complete outside kitchen under the gazebo near the pool. 3 full & one 1/2 bathroom for comfort.
Out of the city setting for fresh air and layback atmosphere.
PARKING FOR 5 cars in the driveway. 4 bedrooms and the game room house, sleep 12 comfortably.
Country town surounded by mountains; House situated on the level structured, completely fenced in.
8’ high electric motorized entry gate. Plenty of outside space to walk around. It has a small private jungle that adds a very comfortable and peaceful setting to relax and enjoy nature.
Palma Del Mar beach for all water activities are just 33 minutes drive.
Escambron beach, 35 minutes drive. Tennis & Pickleball courts Newly opened for public, 3 mins drive. Running track newly open for public as well. To Old San Juan 45min. To SJU airport is 35 minutes.
