The Space:
Welcome to Polly's Place! The home features three comfortable bedrooms and two full, modern bathrooms. The Primary bedroom offers a queen bed with a plush mattress, ample clothing storage, and a private en suite full bathroom. The Second bedroom also includes a queen bed and a sizeable closet, while the Third bedroom is perfect for guests or family with two twin beds and dedicated storage. All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality mattresses and adequate storage for a long-term stay, and starter toiletries are provided in the bathrooms. The heart of the home is the fully stocked Gourmet Kitchen, which includes all the necessary cookware, dishware, and utensils for easy living, along with starter cooking essentials. This space flows into the Inviting Living Room, featuring comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming apps for relaxation. Outside, guests can enjoy the Covered Porch with an outdoor dining table for meals al fresco, utilizing the provided BBQ grill. The landscaped front yard boasts a propane fire pit, creating the ideal spot to unwind and watch the beautiful Central Coast sunsets. For added convenience, there is a dedicated laundry room off the kitchen and ample on-site parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Polly's Place is located on Rancho Burro's working donkey sanctuary. This home is completely removed from the facilities, but shares in their beautiful expansive 40+ acre land. Please do not access Rancho Burro's land, it is private and not open to the public. You are removed from the hustle & bustle of the city, but still within 5-10 minutes of conveniences like the airport, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Getting around with your personal car is easiest.

AMENITIES:
We provide kitchen and toiletry essentials; towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
PARKING:
There is a wraparound driveway with room for up to 4-5 vehicles depending on size.
THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The front yard features a covered patio with dining table and there is a fire pit w/ lounge chairs in the front yard. The BBQ is in the backyard.
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with two twin beds. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard.
