The location could not be better! Walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants plus hotel is attached to the pier and directly on the beach! Parking is super easy and right outside the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I upgraded to an oceanfront suite which was totally worth it. Great stay overall!

Clean room, helpful staff, perfect beach view with a short walk down a ramp to the sandy beach!!! Portable ac unit had a difficult time cooling down the room on a rare exceptionally hot day in Pismo.

Great location — close to the beach and an easy walk to downtown Pismo Beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. One important heads-up: not all rooms have air conditioning, and our room got quite hot in the afternoon. If AC matters to you, confirm your room has it before booking. Good value for the location, just know what you're getting.

it is a great go to for an overnight stay, maybe two nights. The rooms are very clean, and the property is well maintained. The standard rooms are small but perfect for a couple with a small bag for overnight. You are paying for the location for sure

Thank goodness for their amenities. Every room has a beach view. Which is great but the sun was brutal. We picked a bad time to go. It was hot the weekend we stayed and luckily they have at least portable air conditioning. Not many properties have air conditioning at the coast.

The view was great. I loved the location. Everything is near by and the beach is steps away. The only thing that was not working for us was I wished we would have had AC. There was 3 fans and it did not keep the room cool. The big window faces the afternoon sun and it was very hot. AC would have made the difference. I saw some rooms did have AC

Michael was so helpful and friendly. You can’t beat the location and price. Rooms are small but beds comfortable and all our time was spent at the beach. walking distance to restaurants shopping etc. Thanks great team there
