"Wonderful cute historic hotel at the edge of Downtown area of SLO. Rooms were very well maintained and very "historic" in appearance with wrought iron bedframes and plaid furniture. We had a cute fireplace and sitting area. They have a restaurant on property but not included in the room. They do charge for parking. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The setting is beautiful with an Old Mill and working waterwheel on the property with creek in back. They have a wine social hour every afternoon which is very nice added touch. The cookies at check-in were also very yummy."

"Perfect location within walking distance to all things downtown San Luis Obispo. My husband and I stayed in a room with a single queen bed, and it was roomy enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable with a boutique kind of vibe. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The gentleman that checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and kind as well."

"Seems homeless people are taking over smoking outside the rooms making noise all hours of the night 2 to 4 AM bicycles no smoking on property yet they smoking right outside the rooms"

"Loved the hotel was near everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was wonderfull. The staff kept everything full and hot. We will be staying here again next time we're in town."

"I think it’s a fine hotel for the price. Love the pool and the spa, nice size rooms. I would definitely stay there again. Much better than all the other hotels in its price range. San Luis Obispo is extremely overpriced in most of their hotels."
