This new park model home offers a private bedroom, upstairs loft with queen bed and relaxing chairs, as well as a modern sofa that folds down into a sleeper couch. Located in the Coastal Creek Mobile home park off of Higuera street, makes for the perfect location, easily accessible to anywhere you want to go.

My favorite of my homes! This is a brand new Park Model home with new everything. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom down stairs, and a queen bed with relaxing chairs, up stairs in the loft room. The roomy living area has a modern sofa that folds down into a bed. You'll find a full kitchen and bathroom, and a table to dine at. Expand your living space onto the deck outside, and this tiny home has it all.

You have access to the entire home and deck area. And also the laundry facilities. There is one dedicated space to park your car in space number 5.

Sage house is located inside the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park. There are some long term tenants and 5 other short term rentals in the park. Your neighbors are all super nice and generally stick to themselves.

The mobile home park has a one way road with a marked entrance and exit side. The Sage House is nestled away in the far left corner of the property. Parking space number 5 is to the left of the home.
