You sold me cancellation insurance but did not tell me I had to cancel before 7 am pst on the day of cancellation. This was fraud and you need to refund my money for this trip. I called to cancel at 11.30 am on 4/26

The entrance door for the room I stayed in had a gap big enough that at night you could see the outside light come through the room. I couldn't close the blinds completely to block the outside light either. Other than that it was good.

the ownership of this place is so rude it’s insane. owner walked into the room while my friend and i were still asleep (taking a nap before checkout) in the bed 15 min BEFORE our checkout time… total invasion of privacy. this was the last straw though, they were extremely abrasive and overall demeanor was extremely disdainful towards paying customers it was truly shocking

The place was dirty, grimy, and rundown. This was unacceptable by any standards. We were distressed by this and left immediately. I have lost faith on Expedia’s ratings; this place should not be rated as Good.

Sad to say, I will never stay here again
Where should I start… There was no handle on one of the drawers, there were two TVs, because one didn’t work, so they just left the nonworking one on the wall… Then there were stains on the art on the wall. The worst of it came when we were sleeping, I heard a knock, and before I could even get up the owner/manager, who obviously had a master card key, opens the door and then realizes we were there! He ran off. Unbelievable!!

Water damage everywhere, disgusting pillows and lack of linens, no amenities of any kind, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands. Just dismal. Go to Motel 6. This is not a hotel. It’s like a dingy motel, at best. It was horrendous.

Property owners run this property for as cheap as they possibly can, so don't expect anything besides the bare minimum. That being said, room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Disappointed that heated pool is advertised but not available -- misrepresentation. Bring your own pillow, the ones in the room aren't great. And bring conditioner for your hair, not provided. Shower made a terrible squeaking noise but water pressure was good. Overall, pleased with my stay. However, not worth the $100 I paid per night. If getting for $50/night, it's worth it.

Very rude front office- tv did not work. Card did not work and when I went back to the front office she scolded me for ringing the bell they have. She called me during thanksgiving dinner time and scolded me for not answering when I arrived- never staying here again.

Outside didn't look nice, but inside was clean.
Dirty linens were outside in plain sight. My keycard was put into a paper card holder that looked reused from the last person. Really off-putting. Aside from that, the room was clean and the property was very quiet. There were some homeless people living across the street at the Jack in the box. Not alot of parking.

Not worth the money.
There was ample parking and the sheets were clean. However, the shower leaked, and dripped all over the floor, causing a slip hazard. The "clean" washcloth had black stains on it. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom and the room floor needed to be mopped.

There was a sewer smell coming out of the bathroom that was terrible. The ceiling fan did not help at all. Thankfully, I spent very little time in the room.

We do not recommend this hotel. It was dirty and the grounds are so warm out and the hotel Was so noisy. You had to check in to the hotel through a window.. they don’t allow you in the lobby. It had a very uncomfortable feeling for me. It was family weekend at cal poly and the Hotels in San Luis were all sold out so there was very few affordable hotel options so we picked this and we we’re disappointed .

Room was dirty dusty and filthy. Poorly maintained, and I noticed that someone definitely walked in our room without our permission. Did not feel comfortable at all! The door had a 1 inch gap from the floor where you can hear other rooms conversations. There were cigarette buds that were flowing in still water that was collecting by the window and ac unit.

Romantic stay
Loved the room. Very well maintained and clean. Bed was so comfortable. Perfect place to stay for that romantic getaway. Food options within walking distance and easy to find.

Unfortunately it was not a nice experience to stay at the hotel. It was not clean and very unfriendly staff except the cleaning staff. The sheets and towels were clean but walls etc dirty.
