Loved our stay at Hotel Estero y Mar so much we extended our stay to 3 nights. Loved the proximity to the beach and the breakfast options at the restaurant. The staff was so helpful, kind and eager to provide support as needed.

Breakfast menu was small and their omelette which I chose was not great. Folded ham and Kraft cheese inside of the egg. All the other food was great and the servers were kind. The suite we reserved was spacious with a wonderful view of the ocean. The AC stopped working in the bedroom around 2am but since we were only staying the one night we didn’t call for help. The bathrooms need exhaust fans but everything else was perfect. The property is spacious and well cared for. There are a lot of stray dogs in the restaurant area which is sad and kind of scary because of the risk of getting ticks. They offer a late check out but don’t mention that out comes with an additional charge. FYI

Hotel Estera Y Mar is 25 min from airport. Christian did transfter from and to airport. Room that we got upgraded was nice and clean. Staff is very helpfull all around the resort. Specially guys on bar/restaurant by the beach. Thank you Carlos. We loved the food, all we had was really delicious. Our favorite drink was Mojito Cubano. We had such a good time. Nothing to complain. Thank you.

Upon entry, the staff was very kind and accommodating given our limited Spanish skills. The check-in was seamless and the check-out the same. The room was clean and had everything we needed, as well as extra beverages and chocolates in the fridge. The view of the beach was great and was across the street in short walking distance. The hotel at night is breathtaking, great lighting and rainforest aesthetic and the pools were also clean and well-maintained. The restaurant across the street offered free breakfast with the stay and had room service as well. I would definitely recommend coming and would stay again,
