"Als wir ankamen wurden wir von dem Besitzer herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die komplette Anlage gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit Süßem und Herzhaftem. Täglich wurde ein neuer Frühstückskuchen herbei gezaubert. "Die Anlage ist wunderschön auf einem Olivenberg gelegen und man hat eine super Aussicht über die ganz Region. Die Zimmer sind im Landhausstil neu saniert und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es war uns eine große Freude, in diesem Jahr als erste im Pool anzubaden. Die Anlage wird liebevoll und familiär von Kristin und Giovanni geführt und man bekommt praktisch jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. "I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. We even had a private wine tasting. Do not hesitate for a second about staying here. I miss it already."

"AMAZING! Beautiful location. Tuscany rolling hill views! If you are traveling with lots of luggage and/or toddlers, it's easier to take a taxi from Santa Maria Florence train station. There was an issue with WiFi that no one could figure out, google apps such as gmail, YouTube wouldn't work normally on my iPhone, it would only work through safari app. Will definitely come back next time we visit Italy."

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order. Amenities. There aren’t any (like fitness room or pool). There are meeting rooms up from the lobby. The restaurant isn’t open beyond breakfast and they only offer the buffet. The bar is only open weekdays in the evening. There is a supermarket next door and a McDonald’s around the corner, both easy walking distance. A bit further are a couple of sit-down restaurants and a very good pizzeria. There are more pizzerias here than Starbucks in Seattle! We would stay there again. The lack of amenities isn’t important to us."
