The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are dated, but bright & clean. Free parking appreciated. Good AC & shower pressure. Heated pool & lush gardens. View of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful. Breakfast was ok & can be improved with more protein choices (salmon?), more variety of fresh fruits & vegetables (avocado?), better coffee than machine. The lady who helped us in the breakfast room was great. Enzo, by the pool, was also wonderful. We enjoyed out time here. You definitely will need a car to visit Bastia old town.

A really lovely Corsican hotel on the hillside above Bastia. We were only passing through for the ferry transfer to Livorno, but this hotel deserved a longer stay. Nice views, excellent service throughout, and first rate facilities.

A little oasis

We sat by the pool most of the day with staff so wonderfully attentive the place is an oasis.the hotel has a 5 star attitude and we knew we have picked just the right place to spend a few days to unwind. The food is exceptional

The pool and the property are absolutely beautiful. Great views from room balconies. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only critique is that there was a bad smell in the room, unsure from what but possibly from bad sewer venting.

Excellent hotel experience

The six day stay was really a fantastic experience. A relatively small hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and service. Very good high quality breakfast buffet. The outdoor poolside restaurant had an excellent setting under the pruned olive trees with superbly performing waiters. The meals were swiftly prepared on the grill by the chef. We highly recommend this hotel and would choose this again when in Bastia.

Nature and peace in the surroundings of the hotel, and a phantastic view down over the sea. Nice pool in a great garden. Nice breakfast buffet, and, if you like, a phantastic Corsican dinner at night. Staff are very friendly, they are always trying to fulfill clients' wishes. There is enough private parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pietracap. The breakfast had a good range of options and the dinners were delicious. The hotel was in an easy location for a quick drive into Bastia. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the ocean view from the room was stunning. We also loved the water fountain in the lobby for our water bottles. It was so convenient. The only things we didn't enjoy were the overly firm mattress and STRONG room perfume.

The room and hotel are beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately the after hours door code is not digital and we only took our room key. After dinner we could not get back in the building because we forgot the piece of paper that had door code written down. We had to WhatsApp call an after hours number and the owner came and let us in. He was not too happy about that but I would say sync up your door keys and door codes.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, jedoch guter Pflegezustand. Schöne, zweckmäßige Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick. Schön angelegter Garten mit großem Pool. Personal einfach super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel auf dem Rückweg zur Fähre und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Super gutes Abendessen direkt im Hotelgarten. Werden beim nächsten Mal länger dort bleiben.

Wir hatten einen netten Empfang. Das Hotel liegt nur ca. 6-10 min vom Hafen entfernt. Ideal wenn man die Fähre nimmt. Es hat einen wunderschönen Garten und Pool zum Entspannen. Leider konnten wir ihn nur kurz nutzen, da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, modern und sauber. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit einer schönen Auswahl. Da wir bereits vor 7 Uhr zur Fähre mussten, wurde uns angeboten schon etwas früher Frühstück zu erhalten. Ab 19 Uhr gibt es am Pool Abendessen. Dies besteht aus einem 2 oder 3 Gang Menü, das man aus einer kleinen Karte zusammenstellen kann. Wir hatte Steak, das uns leider zu wenig durch war. Ansonsten hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt und das Ambiente war sehr schön.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le cadre est superbe, avec une très belle piscine entourée de magnifiques oliviers, qui apporte une atmosphère paisible et relaxante. C’est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer. Tout l’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. Le personnel est attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. Un grand merci tout particulièrement aux jeunes filles de l’accueil ainsi qu’à la jeune fille du bar de la piscine. Elles ont été d’un grand professionnalisme, toujours souriantes, accueillantes et d’une extrême gentillesse. Leur bonne humeur et leur disponibilité ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.
