"Self-contained with a seasonal outdoor pool, a restaurant we’d visit again and a separate fully-stocked bar on the lobby level. Clean rooms, helpful staff and free airport shuttle on the half-hour. At least in theory (only because MXP can be extremely disorganized and chaotic for outbound international travelers — do research before booking flights), a great choice for a pre-flight overnight stay. We saw crews from different airlines staying and dining there and they all looked happy, so that’s a plus. Definitely recommended!"

"The hotel is going to mainly be used by travellers at MXP. It's location and the phiysical property is fine and extremely convinient (Right above the rental cars). For a hotel with mostly Americans, you need wash clothes in the bathrooms. Also, we arrived late (10 PM) and the restaurant closes at 11. We felt like we were bothering the staff although all we wanted was a couple of bowls of soup."

"We stayed here the day before our early next morning's flight. It is about a 50 minute car ride from the Duomo in Milan. What a fabulous boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff was more than accommodating and so friendly. The little quiet town has a lovely church and a few shops which you can visit in an hour. The gal at checkin recommended we walk to the train station for a half hour train ride to visit Arona, a lovely town on Lake Maggiore. It was a perfect way to end our vacation. The hotel's restaurant is amazing for dinner. Be sure to make a reservation as it is very popular. We were given a boxed breakfast but as it turned out, our flight was delayed for 4 hours. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and changed the time for our free shuttle to the airport several times, which was no bother to staff and driver at all. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Conveniently located near airport. We stayed 1 night for the next morning’s flight. Hotel offers airport shuttle but at 5 euro per person. Breakfast is quite underwhelming, was expecting it to be better. Room is spacious and clean."

"I would recommend staying at a hotel closer to the airport. Even though this hotel says it is not far from the airport, a taxi costs around €50, and if you are traveling alone, the shuttle back to the airport can cost around €40–45. With those transfer costs, you can find a hotel much closer to the airport and avoid the stress. Our stay was extremely strange and stressful. When we arrived, the lady at reception told us that there would be no taxi or shuttle available in the morning to take us back to the airport. Even the taxi driver who brought us from the airport had told us the same thing. We became very worried because we had a flight to catch and absolutely did not want to risk missing it. Because of this, we decided to go back to the airport and look for another hotel. Unfortunately, all the nearby hotels were fully booked, so we had no choice but to return to this hotel. Thankfully, when we came back, there was another gentleman at reception who was extremely helpful and managed to arrange everything for us. In the morning, the shuttle was indeed waiting for us, and we made it to the airport without any problems. So, while everything worked out in the end, the experience was unnecessarily stressful. The conflicting information from the staff was the biggest issue. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend confirming your airport transfer in advance and getting clear confirmation from the hotel."
