Room: on the 2nd floor facing front of the building. There was no noises from the street but the squeaking sound of bed and floor from the room above was really noisy. Staff: They were all very supportive and friendly. Location: Unless you have your own car, walking to/from the central area is pretty far and uncomfortable hilly road condition to walk.

They accomodated the schedule when getting us into the spa. The spa massages were great. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The restaurant needs a revamp. Their food menu was limited. When requesting food items on the menu, they no longer had them making the menu choices so much less. The food was over priced and not great. Their lengua dish was unpleasant.

Great and beautiful place! Beds are super comfy and the staff are friendly. The shuttles to downtown are great! I give the spa and the food a 7! Everything else a 10!

This place is quiet, pretty, simple Staff is really nice and helpful Location is 10 minutes away from downtown or the main attraction, which is the Parrish or parroquia. They have a shuttle service to downtown San Miguel We never tried the food from their restaurant. Place is really small and very quiet Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is not the nicest but it is safe and it’s very close to the Mirador where you have the most amazing views of San Miguel!

We are four “mature” women and this stat was in the middle of our trip. Two were feeling a bit under the weather so they actually stayed in the hotel the whole time we were there. My other friend and I did take advantage of the shuttle into town. One day we all hung out at the pool. It’s a beautiful area with comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas and tables. It’s right off the bar/restaurant, which is convenient. I was bit confused by the room amenities - one apple, one decaf pod of coffee and one regular pod. Maria hooked up these two coffee drinkers with a cup of coffee a day for each with enough cream. She also helped us figure out the coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decorating in the room and throughout whole hotel. It was always very quiet. I’d have liked the room a tad cooler, but putting the fan on high and opening the window made it tolerable. We are most meals there out of necessity and they were fine. There was a percentage off of meals and spa services due to our Expedia booking, This was great, but you had to go to the front desk every time you wanted one (which meant two times a day due to eating so many of our meals there) which seemed like a cumbersome process. One waiter also only gave me and my roommate a 10% discount, but gave our friends a 20% because there was one check. I think the rest gave 20% each time but when I asked him he told me I was wrong. It wasn’t worth fighting about! We’d stay there again!

The room was beautiful! One new lady at the front desk was difficult to deal with. I had to talk to the manager. The shuttle service was not good. They made such a big deal when I asked to be taken before 10 am! It started at 10am…and they would never take you 10 minutes early….even though I was the only person! It is cheaper to taxi or uber….as it is only $2 in most cases! We were stopped at the door one evening wanting to know WHY we did not call for the shuttle! The cellular in town does not work. I had to ask someone to call for me once….and then found it easier to take a taxi or uber. They act like they cannot understand u at the hotel! But, I think they can. Although the hotel is very pretty, I do not think that I would stay here again!

We loved our stay and would stay again. The place was clean and staff were all very friendly. We loved that it was a little further out from the center and they provide transportation from 10 am to 9pm with shuttle every hour to the town center. They have restaurant inside also very convenient. We loved it.

Menu very limited our check out was at 1om but our transportation was not until 7pm they would not even allow us to leave pur 1 careyon auitcase each in a corner we had to walk around with them all day until transportation arrived and they have transportation that takws tpu to and from the centwr part of town tell tou to prdwr tour ride an hour before just ro show up late to brinf toy back everytime also television was in Spanish qe ask foe them to changw it to English young man came and tried just ro tell us it was not possible because of is being in Mexico only for us to figurw it put rhe last day of our stay
