Esta muy bien ubicado, lindo el hotel. Mucho ruido en la noche el cuarto rebotaba con la música del cuarto de al lado. El personal super amable. Las toallas deliciosas.

The hotel is centrally located and has parking which is big commodity in San Miguel. This hotel was formal hacienda turned into a boutique hotel which adds so much character! (dont expect a 5 star hotel in San Miguel, if that is what you want dont go). The hotel can get noisy with the club next door but we loved our stay. The staff are amazing.

Perfect location, safe, small, clean

Lovely ,clean, fabulous service, great courtyard, perfect location for walking in el Centro. Only down side, loud disco thump beat from neighborhood bar late into the night on Friday. Thursday was lovely quiet. No hot water in sink for hubby to shave. Was hott water in shower. Employees were fabulous. Would definitely stay again during week

Mala organización con falta de limpieza

Hotel muy bien ubicado en antigua casona con mucho potencial pero lamentablemente con falta de limpieza en las tinas de los baños y cucarachas en n las habitaciones. Hubo problema en confirmar que la resebacionya incluía el desayuno y hasta que finalmente confirmaron, resulta que no es en el hotel sino en otro hotel a 5 cuadras y al llegar ahí nos dicen que tampoco es que era en otro Lugar a dos cuadras más! Debido a que estábamos in una persona de la tercera edad decidímos ya no comer ahí y hacerlo en el Lugar más cercano y pagado por nosotros!

El peor hotel !!! Está al lado un antro y no te deja dormir todo la noche es el peor hotel no se queden por qué no van a poder dormir aparte en la noche arriba se escucha todo cuando caminan !!!

Agradable la estancia, en la noche se escucha buena música de un bar que da junto a las habitaciones del fondo en otro edificio, vibran un poco las puertas, pero con sueño pesado no se siente tanto a como los que tienen sueño lijero. Muy atentos y amables

ロケーションも設備も清潔さも素晴らしく、スタッフの対応も大変良いです。 部屋にはエアコンも完備されており、朝晩の冷え込みから解放されて快適に過ごせました。 他のホテルではエアコンや暖房器具が無いところも多く、寒さで目が覚めたり、早い時間から布団に入らなければ居られないところもありました。 それに比べて、このホテルは素晴らしい。 シャワー室にはバスタブもあり、お湯を溜めて入ることができて、同行した歳の母親も大変喜んでいました。お湯の温度も量も申し分ありませんでした。 トイレ、洗面所、バスの排水も問題なくパーフェクトでした。 スタッフも、普通に英語で通じますし、こちらからの質問や要望に迅速で丁寧に答えてくれました。どのスタッフもフレンドリーな対応でした。 大変良いホテルです。 私たちは旅行の数も投稿の数も多くはありませんが、これまで宿泊したホテルの中では間違いなく1番です。

Great place, right in the center of San Miguel de Allende. Everything is walking distance. Wish the hotel provided more tourist information with a map. But, overall all the staff was friendly and great help. Will recommend to friends and family! 👌

Simplemente no pude dormir, es un engaño!

Pésima estancia. El ruido del bar de un lado es tan excesivo que todo en el hotel vibra y dura hasta las 5am! Me quejé y en la recepción me contestaron de mala gana que no es su culpa y que no pueden hacer nada. No se dejen engañar, no gasten su dinero!!

Surely has seen better days

It must have been a great hotel in the past. It needs maintenance and upgrading. The bed was comfortable but way too noisy! Towels were in no decent condition. Bathroom definitely needs upgrading. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Hotel con instalaciones MUY DESAGRADABLES

Hotel MUY Ruidoso ( cercano a un lugar con música), no se descansa o se duerme de noche allí...Sin mantenimiento a las áreas comunes (baños que parecen "bodega" en planta baja área patio), sin equipamiento de las habitaciones, se nombran ser "suites" tal vez solo por el tamaño que es grande pero con: Ventanas difíciles de abrir/ cerrar, cortinas viejas, sin teléfono, colchón duro, sin peinador / Cajones para ropa o espejos (solo en baño, ni uno pequeño en la hab.), pequeña cocineta con cajones que no cierran y trapos sucios, televisión con muy mala señal (borrosos todos los canales). Sin Restaurante desde hace 2 años y si lo anuncia, sin Alberca ( al menos no la vimos), internet no funciona en las habitaciones. Staff de noche no hay, nos recibió un tipo vigilante/velador y hasta el día siguiente hicimos el check In y eran 10.15 pm, no tan noche. En Conclusión esta muy descuidado, no es un hotel Boutique o de 4 estrellas, y su tarifa es muy alta para lo que ofrece el hotel, solo tiene a favor que es una Casa colonial (muy antigua) y que esta en el mero centro.
