We have stayed here on a few ocassions because of the easy access to shopping and restaurants in the are. The hotel is easy to get off the highway. This trip we had a room on the ground floor right next to the kitchen. The kitchen was not the issue but the construction outside the kitchen started at about 8:30 in the morning and the noise made it rather hard to carry on a good phone conversation or possibly try to get a little extra rest. Other than that it was a good stay.

Me dieron mi habitación en recepción sin problemas, pero al llegar nadie te recibe en la puerta ni te acompaña al cuarto únicamente te dan la llave y tu subes como puedas con tus cosas

No recibi beneficio VIP access aunque lo pedí al llegar. El de recepción me decía que no incluía desayuno, después sólo quería agregarme desayuno para 2 personas cuando eramos 4 de la habitación y mi reservacionlo incluía. Finalmente me lo dieron pero deben ser atentos en esos temas. El hotel es bonito! Habitación limpia con A/C y buen mantenimiento en general.

La habitación muy limpia las camas hacen que tengas un sueño recuperador y muy agradable..el baño limpio la regadera espectacular......pero la atencion del personal en la recepción...te hace sentir que llegaste al lugar equivocado.......el desayuno en el hotel muy rico su personal trata de atenderte bien ...pero les hace falta que les enseñen a atender a los clientes....ellas trataban de hacerlo bien pero el hotel es quien debe de enseñarles sobre el buen trato hacia el huésped.
