"Good overal, i would say that our room need it a little of TLC it could improved Need it hooks to hang towels it had kitchen but no soap for dishes or paper towels and jo pots ir pans to ise. Then 2 times q did not have water we called and it got fixed but one time Sunday the office was open at 8 and we need ot to shower at 7 and no water and no office staff. Office staff and kitchen staff was great always willing to help. "

"The attendants were nice and polite. However, the room has a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so it needs to be fixed. Also, the distance from the hostel to the downtown area was not a walking distance you need to take a taxi."

"Upon seeing the parking arrangements and the room it was apparent it was not suitable for my needs. I went back to reception but no one was there. I waited until someone came back then approached the receptionist about getting my cash back. (Less than 30 minutes) she said it was not possible. I reached out to the owner and was told via WhatsApp that it was a last minute reservation. She didn’t know I have dogs ( stated in my reservation) and refused any compensation. I have been a super host...

"This property is in great need of up grade. Broken light fixtures etc... the bed was very uncomfortable and no air conditioning. In the summer months, this haw to be a must! We had no ventilation. Very disappointed."
