The air conditioner was great and staff provided excellent service. I didn't like the location for walking because there was a lot of traffic. My husband even almost got run over while walking because the crosswalk only lasted 6 seconds and drivers were very impatient.

The rooms are outdated but decent enough for a nights sleep. We stayed one night during our time in San Miguel. The pool did look nice, although we didn’t use it. The best part was the included breakfast buffet, the food was delicious.

Great convenience room and board! From the staff to the location. The staff was attentive and very humble. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I did not use the swimmimg pool but did enjoy my stay. I have been boarding with Florencia since 2014 and its keep improving.
