Extremely nice staff, especially at front desk! Seems like the man was born to work at a hotel. For Asia standards the room was nice and pretty clean and breakfast was tasty. Taxi with a meter from the airport was 250PHP plus 164 for highway (at 10pm). They have complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping mall where you can stock up on supplies you need for your further journey. Good place to stay!

A lot of things that needs to improve, rooms are so small, check-in is disorganized, bellmen are disorganized but front desk staff were trying to accommodate the volume and staying nice. Their check in process could be more streamlined.

It was for an event and was great staying at the hotel. Only thing which I felt could use some TLC is for smokers, when the C Lounge was occupied, I had to go out to the street which was not ideal at times

I booked this hotel for New Year’s Eve and much to my delight even though it was so busy, in fact the hotel was fully booked, I was granted with all my request from early check in to a room with a good view for fireworks. Christine from front desk was also very accommodating and kind. The on-site restaurant has a very delicious media noche. Can’t wait to come back.

Hotel needs renovation. Only good thing about it is the location and shuttle bus to airport but other than that, the rooms are very old, the mirror in our room was full of moulds, the bathroom had 3 cockroaches, felt very uncomfortable showering as the felt very dirty. Front desk were very welcoming. Didn’t have time to go down for breakfast, called if I could get them to bring a to go breakfast but even that they couldn’t do. Poor service. Not worth the money, I would definitely stay somewhere...
