No welcome gesture. Terrible experience at the reception. Gentleman showed up and he couldn’t find my reservation. He stated interrogating me. He keep on calling someone and will not show me the room. No fan. No AC. No heating for winter months.

Anfitrião muito simpático e prestativo . O Hostel é um ótimo custo benefício e ainda servem café da manhã incluso. Que é muito completo com fruta,bebidas ,bolo ,pães, frios ,iogurte etc . A localização é fantástica, quase esquina com a Caracoles ( rua principal) com tudo perto .Tudo mesmo E uma hospedagem simples ,mas completa .Cama e travesseiros muito bons. Chuveiro bem quente e ducha boa . Voltarei e ficarei lá novamente

Servizio pessimo

La struttura è isolata e non è vicina al centro di San Pedro. Non è disponibile un phon nelle camere e alla mia richiesta di poterne avere uno occasionalmente, in pratica mi hanno detto di arrangiarmi. Possibile che non abbiano un phon??
