This hotel’s location is excellent. It is walking distance to the Belize water taxi, making it easy to go on day trips to the mainland or to Caye Caulker. The included breakfast is basic but sufficient. Staff were all lovely, and the pool was great. The beds were below average. You must rent a golf cart as the hotel is not on the main strip, bonus is it’s quiet!

The hotel was clean and had everything I could need. What made the trip even better was Jack’s Poolside Bar had great food and breakfast every morning and Herbert made you feel like family. It was a wonderful trip and I will be back to visit soon.

I turned the AC off while I was not in the room and would turn it on when I got back. The room cooled down very fast. The room was clean and the rain shower head was so relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff will help arrange golf cart rentals and direct you where to get dinner but the BEST dinner I ate was at Jacks Poolside Bar. The owner is a chef and his food is delicious, makes a great breakfast as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you don't care about having an ocean view, this is the place for you! Very well priced and well taken care of.

What you see online through the pictures and what you actually get when you get there are two different things. I will say breakfast was good however the cook was a bit agitated when my friends and I asked for more than one piece of bacon and we were only allowed one fruit punch for breakfast not really my idea of a continental breakfast. I stayed in a two bedroom two bath unit with a roommate and we could not use our bathrooms simultaneously. The water pressure would be low and cold however, are room was clean. One of my guest had an ant problem, and a bug issue in her room. Another guest found two lizards in her kitchen cabinet when she opened it up to get a plate out.

Anniversary trip that was everything!!

The staff from reception to security were super friendly. The breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect. Its close to the ferry port and all the tasty restaurants. Theres even a little store to buy water and a few groceries for the full kitchen in our room. Our balcony looked over the pools on the property. We can see the planes go by as we werent far from Tropic Air airport. Will definitey stay here again.
