"We just returned from our first trip to Belize and are already daydreaming about a trip back. The resort was clean and the rooms were large. The staff was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience. I called ahead of time and they helped us coordinate ferries and transports to the hotel. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay. The hotel is a smidge off the beaten path, but accessible to everything by golf cart. Everything is very close. Restaurant and bar were nice, staff was...

"The casino next door had the bass blaring until 1am. The the patrons gather in the courtyard after closing for the next hour. When the casino was closed ,the staff of the hotel partied until done. I was originally assigned a dorm room but because the wifi wasn't working. And the pool was not functioning as well. Not a good experience for my first visit. Don't send anyone else there. Pleasr "

"When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "
