I enjoyed my stay at the watermark hotel. It was very convenient for food and other necessities you may need. There was a restaurant in the hotel and the food was good. Also they serve hookah at the restaurant for my hookah lovers. The staff were very friendly and room service made sure you had everything.

The service was great, checking in and checking out only took a few minutes and the front desk is very helpful with enjoying your stay! The will help you with airport drop offs, golf cart rentals, excursions, and more! To my surprise, my room was decorated for my birthday without me even requesting it! Everything in the room was up to standard. The food tasted like authentic belizean food so definitely give it a try. I highly recommend this hotel at such an affordable price!

Overall, we had an amazing stay! It felt like the perfect location, with everything being a short distance away. The restaurant in the hotel was the highlight! The food was absolutely amazing—some of the best food on the island. We had a nice oceanfront view from our room. I loved having a gallon of water in the room as a heavy water drinker. We loved our room even though it had a few imperfections, such as chipping on the bed frame. The TV in the master bedroom was not set up for viewing; it would stay stuck on the “source or Wi‑Fi connection” page. Housekeeping could have done a better job. For instance, they never restocked the toilet paper, and we had to call the front desk twice for more. Then, apparently, a pipe burst and shut off the water service for about 5–7 hours. I understand things happen, but we weren’t given a heads-up or notice until there was no water coming to the room.
