"The manager Gabriel was very warm and welcoming but sadly our room lacked warmth and we had to request a second towel and toiletries.

"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room.
This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too. Hard to find the place late at night and you can hear...
