"I want to give this hotel 5 stars, but I cannot since they double charged me and has not given my a refund as of today, 2 months later. The young lady that checked me out said the room was not prepaid. OF COURSE I should have run out to the car and found my prepaid email from Hotels.com, but I did not, I trusted her. "Lovely home, however, there were some issues. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"I stayed in many apartments during my Italy trip and by far this was the nicest. Great location, very clean, great stocked kitchen and wonderful host. wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here my next time in the area."

"We spent a busy and wonderful week at Cecilia & Claudio manor. The manor is well located, closed from Formia, Gaeta, Mondragone, a hour far from Naples (easy driving to any cities using the countryside road). "Carolina made every effort and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was extremely easy to communicate with her. We asked for eating recommendations and she obliged. We needed help with transportation alternatives and she helped. She and Arturo are truly dedicated to their guests and very accommodating. The apartment is wonderful and is graciously provided with certain staples that make visitors’ lives easier. And it is just a short walk from the Cassino railway station. We truly recommend it!"
