Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Incredible views. Beware that the the main entrance for the hotel is located up a very long and very steep driveway from the main road. It would've been helpful if the side entrance near bus stop was open to guests.

Amazing flat but wrong number for check-in

Communication before travel was pore as I didn’t get info trough the app it was a part of Holiday Inn. Couldn’t get trough with number provided but when I arrived and realized it was trough the hotel I was so happy. All great even if no view but flat was amazing!

We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive!
